Now I know that when this problem occured the first time we had already updated the BIOS aswell as the Graphicscard to the latest version possible on their website.

After updating back then we still had the same issue, now I have updated the BIOS and graphics once again to the latest version and haven't heard anything about it anymore from the customer the past 3 days.

We have replaced the NUC's with new Dell Optiplex computers and haven't seen the problem occur anymore since than.
